Work Process

Our Working Process

...
... 01
Fiber Selection and Preparation

The process begins with selecting high-quality fibers, such as cotton or microfiber, which are essential for the towel’s softness and absorbency. These fibers are cleaned, carded (to separate and align the fibers), and spun into yarn. The yarn is then dyed according to color specifications and prepared for weaving.

... 02
Weaving and Knitting

The prepared yarns are woven or knitted into fabric on specialized machines. For towels, a terry cloth weave is commonly used, which creates loops on both sides of the fabric. These loops increase absorbency and enhance the towel’s texture. The fabric is then inspected for quality, and any imperfections are corrected.

... 03
Finishing and Quality Control

After weaving, the fabric undergoes finishing processes, including washing, drying, and sometimes chemical treatments to enhance softness and performance. The towels are then cut, sewn, and inspected to ensure they meet quality standards. Final quality control checks verify that each towel is free from defects and ready for packaging and distribution.
